There is a pre-load of the full house in the main folder plus a sub-folder named Parts with all the individual parts.
You also get a template file to create textures of your own.

Important Notes:
All the windows, window frames, Outside doors, and outside door frames have separate zones for inside and out.
Windows and inner doors all open with morph dials while the outer doors and handles are rigged for movement.
Light switches have on-off morphs.
When loading the parts individually start with the base and make sure it is selected in the Scene tab, then everything will parent correctly to it.
